3799298 - BRF+ Import error: FDT_ADMN_0001 table class is 'C'. Entries are only imported to client '000'

Symptom

Importing a BRF+ application transport fails.

In the transport import logs, error messages appear for multiple BRF+ tables, for example:

FDT_ADMN_0001 table class is 'C'. Entries are only imported to client '000'

Similar messages appear for other BRF+ tables (e.g., FDT_* tables), all referencing table class 'C' and client '000'.
