3799325 - Incorrect Date conversion by DateTrans function in SAP PO

Using "Datetrans "function of message mapping in Enterprise Service Repository of SAP Process Orchestration for transforming date from ddMMyy to yyyyMMDD.

For example for the value 280850, expected value is 20500828 but the mapping output is 19500828 which is a past and incorrect date. 
Till year 2045, the conversion works fine, example 280845 gets converted to 20450828. But from year 46, it converts to an incorrect date.
