3799329 - Custom Code Analysis fails with RAISE_SHORTDUMP due to inconsistent ATC run series

When creating or executing a Custom Code Analysis Project in the Custom Code Migration application, the process fails and a runtime error (RAISE_SHORTDUMP) occurs.

Possible symptoms include:

• Error generated during Custom Code Analysis execution.
• OData service requests fail during project processing.
• The analysis cannot be started for an existing Custom Code Project.
• The run series appears to exist and is editable in ATC administration, but analysis execution still fails.
• A short dump is raised in the backend.
