3799332 - Export Declaration is not retriggered from SAP Transportation Management

Symptom

  • Re-initiating the Export Declaration from the Customs tab of a TOR document does not send any message to Global Trade Services (GTS).
  • Clicking Create Export Declaration has no visible effect: no entry appears in Output Management and no XML is generated for interface ExportDeclarationSUITERequest_Out.
  • No record appears in the integration monitor for the outbound request.
  • After using Cancel Customs Declaration, the system shows: “No Customs Declaration has been requested”.
