3799355 - English warning message showing when deleting data via quick action although language set is German

• When a user deletes emergency contact information via the Manage My Data quick action (quick card) in ESS, a warning message appears in English although the selected system language is set to German.
• The same behavior occurs when deleting phone information via the quick action.
• The behavior persists after clearing cache and when using a private browsing session.

1. Log in to the system and make sure language selected is German
2. Open the Manage My Data quick action and select Edit Emergency Contacts.
3. Delete an emergency contact record.
4. Observe that a warning/confirmation message is shown in English even though the application language is set to German.

Product Engineering is investigating a solution. Please expect this fix should be fix in 2611 release.
