Symptom

  • Custom widgets render incorrectly when a story is exported to PDF or PowerPoint.
  • In the exported file, text inside the custom widget overlaps or appears compressed.
  • The export preview shows the custom widgets correctly, but the generated PDF or PowerPoint document is incorrect.
  • The issue started occurring after the QRC3 2026 update of SAP Analytics Cloud.

SAP Analytics Cloud 2026.15.6

Reproducing the Issue

  1. In SAP Analytics Cloud, open a story that uses a custom widget.
  2. Verify the custom widget renders correctly when viewing the story.
  3. Export the story to PDF or PowerPoint.
  4. Open the exported document and observe that the custom widget text is overlapping or misaligned.
