3799360 - I am unable to approve requisitions in SAP Ariba Procurement Mobile App

Symptom

I am unable to approve purchase requisitions (PRs) through the SAP Ariba Procurement Mobile App.

When I open a PR pending approval in the mobile app, I click Approve, enter a comment, and click Submit, the screen remains unchanged and the approval is not processed. No error message is displayed and the PR status does not change.

In Guided Buying I am able to approve the requisitions, but in the mobile app I cannot.
