• Reports scheduled to SMTP Destination result inError:
  "[server error. [SSL negotiation has failed during setup of the SMTP server connection, please ensure your SSL configuration is correct on both the client and the server.]: [CrystalEnterprise.Smtp]]"
• Affects all reports scheduled to SMTP email destinations.
• Using Microsoft 365 mail server

In the OpenSSL when running the below command to verify the certificate downloaded against the mail server:

openssl s_client -starttls smtp -connect smtp.office365.com:587 -nocommands -CAfile "<INSTALLDIR>\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\win64_x64\certificate.crt"

You can observe the error:
"Verify return code: 20 (unable to get local issuer certificate)" when using the DigiCert Global Root G2 certificate.
