Symptom
- An inbound email is received via CTI push notification (for example, from Sinch), and the sender's email address does not match an existing Business Partner (individual, contact, account, employee, etc.) in SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
- The agent accepts the alert banner in Sinch Contact Pro as normal, but the Agent Desktop does not open — no session, no tab, and no error message is displayed.
- The underlying email interaction is created successfully in SAP Service Cloud Version 2 (it is not missing); it simply has no Business Partner linked under Involved Parties.
- This differs from the Unique Match and Multiple Matches scenarios, where a Business Partner is found and the Agent Desktop – Customer Hub opens automatically or after the agent selects the correct match.
