3799395 - SAC Add-in loaded outside of the required environment

When opening the SAP Analytics Cloud add-in task pane in Excel and attempting to initiate login the add-in fails to load and remains stuck on the welcome screen.

After clicking on the SAC login button in the SAC Excel add-in, a blank browser window opens.

Upon inspecting the browser task pane DevTools console and network traffic, the following errors are logged:

Console Warning: "Warning: Office.js is loaded outside of Office client"
Console Error: "SAC Add-in loaded outside of the required environment." 

The tenant configuration steps have not been completed or the hosts are not typed in correctly.

Please note that it may take 24 to 48 hours for the tenant configuration changes to propagate across the Microsoft 365 infrastructure.

After configuring or re-configuring the tenant according to the above document, deploy and publish the add-in as a Microsoft 365 admin:

On the end users PC clear the MS Office cache by following the Microsoft documentation:
