Symptom
- The Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) provider (for example, Sinch) sends a push notification for an inbound email, but no corresponding email interaction is created in SAP Service Cloud Version 2 (SVCV2).
- The email does not appear in the Inbound Email Workcenter, and the agent does not see it in the CTI widget panel.
- No error message is displayed to the agent in SCV2 — the inbound email appears to be silently dropped from the agent's perspective.
- Involved Parties cannot be evaluated for the missing interaction, since no email interaction record was created in the first place.
