3799403 - Selecting a Parent Tool Does Not Automatically Select Its Child Tools in Tool Assignment

At the 'Activity' screen under the 'Tools' tab when assigning tools to an activity via the Tool Assignment functionality, selecting a parent tool (a tool that has child tools in the hierarchy) does not automatically select or assign the associated child tools.
