3799407 - merged table cells in performance form section description revert after saving

Symptom

When inserting a table with merged cells into the description section of a performance form, after saving the form template, the merged cells are undone and the table is saved in an unintended layout.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. From Manage Templates, open a performance review form template 
  2. In a section description, insert a table and merge some cells.
  3. Click Save.
  4. Observe that the merged cells are not preserved; the table is saved without the merges.

Cause

This is a known issue.

Resolution

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release.
