3799449 - Blank screen when reopening a WebGUI app in Fiori Launchpad after Kernel upgrade to 793

Symptom

When a user launches a WebGUI app from the SAP Fiori Launchpad, navigates back to the FLP Home Page, and then clicks the same or any other WebGUI tile for he seconf time, a blank screen is displayed instead of the expected application.
