3799487 - Error RECETM227 - 'Conditions with valuation property 0002 not permitted' when completing valuation rule in a lease contract - SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

When attempting to complete valuation rule of a lease contract, the following error is presented:

RECETM227 - '&1, &2: conditions with valuation property &3 not permitted.'

The error message references the valuation rule, the condition's name and one of the following attributes:

• 0001 - Advance Payment
• 0002 - Flat Rate

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the 'Manage Contract' or 'Valuation Management' apps and edit the relevant contract.
2. Click on 'Complete' for the valuation term.
3. Error message is shown and the valuation cannot be completed.

• The condition type used in the valuation term has attribute 0001 - Advance Payment or 0002 - Flat Rate set in configuration SSCUI 103399 – Define Condition Types.
• These attributes are related to the Cost Settlement functionality and are not allowed as conditions in a valuation rule

1. Open configuration activity SSCUI 103399 – Define Condition Types.
2. Open the details of the relevant condition type named in the error message.
3. Ensure that attribute 0001 - Advance Payment or 0002 - Flat Rate is not maintained in condition which is used in the valuation entry.
