3799488 - The feature toggle S4HC_FTGL_CPS_MAINT_ORDER cannot be found in Activate Features in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Symptom

Unable to find the feature toggle S4HC_FTGL_CPS_MAINT_ORDER in SSCUI 106573 – Activate Features. As a result, there is no option available to activate the feature toggle.

Environment

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Open the Implementation activities application.
  2. Search for SSCUI 106573 – Activate Features.
  3. Search for the feature ID S4HC_FTGL_CPS_MAINT_ORDER.
  4. Observe that the feature toggle is not listed/available in the SSCUI.

Cause

The feature toggle S4HC_FTGL_CPS_MAINT_ORDER has a general rollout as of release 2508 and is enabled by default, therefore it does not appear for manual activation in Activate Features.

Resolution

  1. Note that no manual activation is required: The feature toggle S4HC_FTGL_CPS_MAINT_ORDER is generally rolled out as of 2508 and is enabled by default.
  2. Retest the relevant capacity evaluation for maintenance orders scenario directly, without attempting to activate the feature.
