When running the program /SHCM/RH_SYNC_BUPA_EMPL_SINGLE for HR to Business Partner synchronization, if multiple IT0105 records with subtype '0010' (email) exist for an employee, the system selects the first valid email record instead of the latest one. The customer expects the most recent email record to be synchronized to the Business Partner.
