3799680 - GL account creation event not raised in target system after transport request (TR) import - s/4hana cloud public edition

• After transporting a G/L account to a target system via transport request, the event ce/sap/s4/beh/generalledgeraccount/v1/GeneralLedgerAccount/Created/v1 is not raised in the target system (test, production tenants).
• In the customizing tenant, creating a G/L account interactively raises the business event and the downstream API call is triggered successfully. 
• No information or error message is displayed with regard to the event handling.
• This activity could be related to triggering of Event Mesh functionality for example

• SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Configure Enterprise Event Enablement outbound binding and Event Mesh queue/topic subscription for the GL account creation topic in both customizing and target tenants.
2. Create a G/L account in the customizing tenant and confirm the event is triggered.
3. Transport the G/L account to the target (test/production) system via a transport request.
4. In the target system observe that no similar business event is triggered.

• G/L account is a customizing object. During transport import to target systems, data is written directly to the database without running the save logic that the triggering of the event requires. The business event is not raised in the target system. In the customizing system, the event is raised only for changes at chart of accounts level or text.

1. Note that this behavior works as expected. The triggering of the business event is raised on save in the customizing system but not during transport import to target systems.
2. No correction in Enterprise Event Enablement or Event Mesh is required for this scenario.
