Symptom

  • Central Purchase Contract remains stuck in “In Approval.”
  • The followings are displayed in section Approval Details of app Manage Central Purchase Contracts:
    • The “Release of Central Purchase Contract” step shows “In Error.”
    • Error message: “Recipient role with id IRULE/AMPUR_CCTR_AGENT cannot be resolved.”
    • Recipients shown as “Agent Determination by BAdI.”
