3799761 - Error: "Couldn't subscribe to SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management"

Symptom

When I try to subscribe to SAP Ariba Invoicing, I get the following error message:

Couldn't subscribe to SAP Ariba Central Invoice Management. Please try again. If the problem persists, open a ticket using the BCP component: S2P-CIM.

In the View Details section, I can see error 422.
