3799770 - In Maintain Business Users App, "Download User Role Assignments" Functionality Behaves Inconsistently

In the Maintain Business Users app, the Download > Download User Role Assignments function exports data based on a previously applied filter, even after the filter has been removed and all users are displayed on the screen.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Maintain Business Users" app.
2. Apply a filter, for example: with Last Name
3. Select the user.
4. Click Download → Download User Role Assignments.
5. The data is downloaded correctly.
6. Remove the filter and refresh the page.
7. Click Download → Download User Role Assignments without applying any filter.
8. The downloaded file still contains the user role assignment data from the previously filtered user instead of the expected data.

A fix is planned for delivery with 2608.4 (September 11-13).
