3799789 - Partner functions do not display address details for sales documents

Symptom

  • When opening a sales document in any e.g VA*2/3 transaction, after navigating to the 'Partners' tab at header, it can be observed, the some standard partner functions contain address information (e.g. street, postal code, city...etc).
  • These partner functions are typically Sold-to-Party (SP), Ship-to-Party (SH), Bill-to-Party (BP) and Payer (PY).
  • However, besides them, other partner functions do not contain address information despite such data being recorded in the BP/customer master. When double-clicking the relevant partner, the address screen also does not display the address.
