3799804 - Custom Metrics and Usage Data – Availability of Technical APIs

Symptom

There is a requirement to create a custom metric or chart for a usage metric that is not currently available in the Usage Metrics dashboard.

The requirement is to access the underlying usage data or the technical API used by the Usage Metrics dashboard in order to calculate the required metric and potentially display it in a custom application or chart.
