3799824 - Lead Import Mandatory Field and “Data Format Invalid, Use CODE” Errors on STRING Columns

When importing Lead records using the Data Import and Export tool in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, the import task completes with errors.
One or more of the following error messages may appear, even when the affected fields are populated with values in the template and are correctly configured as mandatory in the system.
