3799842 - Unable to remove inherited security principal from User Security object in CMC

• When navigating to CMC > Users and Groups > [User Object] > User Security, a principal (user or group) is listed but cannot be removed.
• The Remove button is greyed out or, if clickable, the principal reappears after saving.
• Attempting "Remove Access" or "Restart the Access" for the principal on the User Security object does not produce the expected result.
• The principal is displayed with an "Inherited" indicator in the User Security list.
