Symptom

  • An error occurs after the supervisor approves the material entries.
  • Business rule execution fails with error:
    • CA-189: Invalid custom rule [502 Bad Gateway from POST https://XXXXXX]
    • CA-189: Invalid custom rule [401 Unauthorized from POST https://XXXXXX]
    • CA-189: Invalid custom rule [503 Service Unavailable from POST https://XXXXXX]
  • Approved material entries do not replicate to the connected backend.
