Symptom

User would like to use Joule in an SAP BTP Trial account and is looking for the Joule Base/Premium Service entitlement. However, the entitlement is not available for assignment in the trial environment. Clarification is requested on whether the Joule Base/Premium Service entitlement is supported for SAP BTP Trial accounts and how it can be enabled.
