Symptom

No value mapping options are available for the namespace /EDOIL in the Configure Value Mapping app; the value help shows no options.

Environment

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

Reproducing the Issue

Go to the Configure Value Mapping app.
In the Namespace field, enter /EDOIL.
Open the value help for the Value Mapping field.

No Value Mapping options are displayed.

Cause

Value Mapping for Israel under namespace /EDOIL is not delivered; there is no value mapping definition available in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition for this scenario.

Resolution

The Value Mapping for Israel (/EDOIL) is currently not available in the in SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition as per standard design functionality,

If needed, a enhancement request through the Influence Portal should be submitted so our development team can further analyze the Business Case to verify the feasibility of implementing such a functionality in the system.
