3799931 - Joule Icon is not visible in LOB Solution despite Joule formation in "Ready" status

Symptom

  • After successfully completing all required Joule Booster prerequisites and provisioning the Joule formation, the formation is displayed with a Ready status. However, the Joule icon is not available in the Line-of-Business (LOB) application for end users.
  • Consequently, users are unable to access Joule capabilities within the application, although no errors or warnings are reported during the formation creation, provisioning, or activation process.
