3799942 - Unable to activate SAP Build Process Automation due to license warning in Booster Configuration

While activating SAP Build Process Automation, the required entitlement is available in the SAP BTP Global Account. However, when executing the Build Process Automation Booster, a license-related warning or error message is displayed  including warnings for missing optional "api-calls" and "storage" service plans during the setup process. As a result, the booster cannot be completed successfully, preventing the successful activation of SAP Build Process Automation.
