3799945 - Invite suppliers page is unresponsive or shows limited results in Guided Sourcing event

• When opening an event and immediately selecting Invite Suppliers, the supplier search shows only one supplier and the search filters/tick box is unresponsive.
• After re-entering the event and waiting about a minute before selecting Invite Suppliers, the left navigation becomes interactive and supplier search works.
• Users are unable to add suppliers or search for suppliers from the Invite Suppliers page.
• The behavior is intermittent and sometimes requires canceling and retrying.
• The pop-up The page is loading. Please wait appears frequently when clicking Invite Suppliers.
