You require to provide the RCS, SAS, and Share Capital information for the eDocuments as per French Tax Authorities.

Providing RCS, SAS, and Share Capital in BG-1/BT-21 (invoice notes) is an acceptable and currently supported method to meet the French legal requirement within the EN 16931/FR CIUS scope used by Factur‑X and UBL.

The information related to RCS, SAS, and Share Capital is not populated in BT-33, as BT-33 (Additional legal information relevant for the Seller and Share Capital) is an optional field in the UBL specification. Currently, SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition does not provide dedicated fields at the Company Code level to maintain these values for eDocument generation. If this information is required on the electronic invoice, the recommended approach is to maintain it as invoice notes (BG-1 / BT-21), which are supported by the standard solution. The mandatory company name continues to be populated in BT-27 as required. 

Using BG-1/BT-21 (invoice notes) notes ensures the information is present in the XML and the PDF, satisfying the legal content requirement.

The standard mechanism for modifying XML content in the Approved Platform flow is the BAdI EDOC_ADAPTOR_CLOUD for 3SL customer systems.

To populate BG-1/BT-21 fields for 2SL customers, it's recommended to populate through the SSCUI Maintaining Notes for Company Codes (ID: 107333).
