3799992 - one-time payments not visible under actions nor addable/editable in mobile

• The one-time payments option is not available under Team > Actions in the mobile app.
• In the employee profile > Compensation > One-Time Payments, the section is visible but there is no edit or add option (no pencil icon) even on viewing specific row of non recurring payComponent.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Mobile - One Time Payment

1. Sign in to the mobile app.
2. Go to Team, open a direct report, and open Actions; no one-time payment/spot bonus action appears.
3. Open the user's full profile, navigate to Compensation > One-Time Payments; no add button or edit option (no pencil icon).

One-time payment action/edit is not yet supported in the mobile app’s latest full people profile.

1. Use the desktop web application to add or edit one-time payments as the current workaround.
2. Monitor the planned enhancement for mobile one-time payment being planned for 1H2027 release (internal Enhancement ticket #MOB-83835)
3. Optionally, support the enhancement request via the influence portal.
