3799998 - Planner group field not populating expected value in "Create Task List" app – SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

• Planner Groups are defined in SSCUI '101897 - Define Planner Groups'.
• The "Create Task List" app does not populate the expected Planner Group value in the value help of field Planner Group.

SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition

1. Open the "Create Task List" app.
2. Start creating a new General Maintenance Task List.
3. Navigate to the Planner Group field and attempt to select a value from value help.
4. Observe that Planner Groups defined in SSCUI '101897 - Define Planner Groups' are not available for selection.

Planner Groups maintained in SSCUI '101897 - Define Planner Groups' apply to Technical Objects and Maintenance Orders, while task lists use Planner Groups defined in SSCUI '102761 - Configure Planner Group'. As a result, the app cannot find eligible Planner Groups for task lists.

1. Maintain Planner Groups for task lists in SSCUI '102761 - Configure Planner Group' per plant; this SSCUI is owned by the PP (Manufacturing) area.
2. Ensure the user who configures SSCUI 102761 has business catalog 'SAP_CA_BC_IC_LND_PP_REM_PC' assigned.
3. If the catalog is not available, activate one of below scope items to enable it: 
   • 1E3    Material Replenishment with Kanban - External Procurement
   • 2EM    Just-In-Time Supply to Customer
   • 3VT    Warehouse Kanban Supply into Production
   • 41U    Warehouse Goods Receipt from Repetitive Manufacturing
   • 4B3    Material Replenishment with Kanban - In-House Production
   • 4B4    Material Replenishment with Kanban - Stock Transfer
   • BJH    Make-to-Stock Production - Repetitive Manufacturing
