3800058 - My CertificatesStage update stays in Staging and does not move to Active automatically

Symptom

  • Send a CertificatesStage record from an external system to SAP Batch Release Hub using the Replication API with the x-sapbrh-autoactivate:  true header set.
  • The initial record moves from Staging to Active automatically.
  • When an update is sent to the same record with changed values, the record stays in Staging and does not auto-activate. .
