Symptom

  • Unable to schedule interview.
  • Error message: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=*******, timestamp=*****, and the version information from the current screen) if the issue keeps occurring."

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Navigate to Interview Scheduling
  2. Select any candidate and click "Start Scheduling".
  3. Add any interviewer and a custom slot.
  4. Click "Continue".
  5. Select any template.
  6. Click "Send to Candidate".
  7. Observe the error message: "An application error occurred. Please try again later, or notify support (with the error information of errorId=*******, timestamp=*****, and the version information from the current screen) 

Cause

Admin Center > Work Tech Configuration
None of "Teams for Online Meetings" and "Outlook and Teams for Online Meetings" is configured (NOT CORRECT)

Resolution

To resolve the problem, you should reach your implementation partner and the administrators of your Microsoft Azure account to complete Work Tech Configuration
