3800111 - 'Amt in Add. Crcy 2' field not visible for some users in app post general journal entries in sap s/4hana cloud public edition

In SAP S/4HANA Cloud Public Edition, in app Post General Journal Entries, when filling in fields for the journal entry, the field "Amt in Add. Crcy 2" is visible for one user but not for another.

Both users have the same roles and authorizations assigned. No error messages are shown.
