3800123 - Permission error when selecting 'Other' as Report Job Owner and searching Report Jobs in SuccessFactors Learning

• When selecting Other as the Owner Name in Report Jobs and running a search, the page shows You do not have the required permission to view this page.
• Administrators cannot search for or view any administrator in LMS.

• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Sign in to SuccessFactors.
2. Open Learning Administration. 
3. Go to Reports and select Report Jobs.
4. In the Owner Name filter, select Other. 
5. Click Search. 
6. Observe the message You do not have the required permission to view this page. 

Missing Search User Profile and/or View User Profile permissions in the administrator role. 

Ensure the administrator role includes the Search User Profile and View User Profile permissions, enabling admins to search for and view learning administrator records.

Permissions description:

• Search User Profile - This permission allows the administrator search in Learning Administration.
• View User Profile - This permission allows the administrator view in Learning Administration.
• Add Administrator - This permission allows the admin to add/create new administrator in the Learning Administration.

• Edit or delete a report job scheduled by another admin
• Admins not able to view scheduled reports under "Report Jobs" Tab
