3800134 - Calibration Matrix Rating Does Not Auto-Refresh After Save and Close on the Latest PM Form Detail Page.

On the latest Performance Management form detail page, when a form is opened from a Calibration session, clicking "Save and Close" does not automatically update the employee's rating in the calibration matrix view. A manual page refresh is required to display the updated rating. This behavior worked as expected on the legacy form detail page.

Replication steps:

1. Enable "Enable the latest experience of Performance Management forms".
2. Open a Calibration session that contains a subject's PM form.
3. From the calibration grid, open the subject's form and modify an Objective or Competency rating in the "Objective Competency Summary" section.
4. Click "Save and Close".

Expected Result: The calibration matrix view reflects the updated rating immediately.

Actual Result: The matrix continues to display the old rating until the calibration page is manually refreshed.

The fix for this issue is planned to be deployed on 2H 2026 release. After the fix, the calibration matrix view will reflect the updated rating immediately.
