3800181 - public dimension import job fails to start with “failed to run import job” after combine data join on s/4hana odata query, sap analytics cloud

• When starting an import job for a public dimension that uses an SAP S/4HANA OData query with Combine Data, the job does not start and an error is shown.
• Error message: “Failed to run import job” (Japanese UI: インポートジョブを実行できませんでした).
• Save and Exit also fails; the import cannot be saved.
• In Data Preparation, Combine Data joins A_Customer with A_BusinessPartnerAddress to retrieve Country; review check passes, but running Import shows the error and the job never launches.
• Console log example observed: “No execution item with GATHER stage instruction … found for plan …”.
