3800359 - Date Range and Time Filters behavior regarding NULL values in Story reports

When applying a date range filter in Story reports, records where the particular field being filtered are null are being excluded from the output.

If applying the filter as a mandatory condition, be it at a Story-level or as a single/AND conditioned filter at a Query-level, the records in which the date filtered presents as null will be excluded.

As a workaround, you may try either of the following approaches:

• In an Advanced Filter at a Query-level, add the date filter with an OR condition alongside a condition that includes the null values
• Create a calculated column with an IF condition creating an "artificial" value for when the original column is null and then apply filters on the newly created calculation
