• Duplicate memo records appear in FQM_FLOW for the same bank account after multiple intraday uploads on the same day.
• Cash Flow Analyzer shows duplicate balances for the affected bank account.
• Earlier same-day intraday memo records remain active instead of being replaced by later uploads.
• Occurs when using transaction FF.5 or program RFEBFD00 with application type 0004 (intraday bank statement).
