3800416 - KPI Widgets Display “Output Missing” and measurements cannot be selected in Dashboard Configuration

• Unable to select measurements in the KPI Widget Configuration for the dashboard. The affected KPI widgets display the message “Output missing.”
• The “Output missing” message occurs when the rule name, for example “SMR_SECONDARY MEASURE_RULE,” is entered in the Measurement field and the widget configuration is saved.
