3800420 - IDCP renumber allows duplicate folio and overwrites existing billing document

Symptom

  • In transaction IDCP, using Renumber and changing First Billing Document (folio number) to a number already assigned to an existing invoice allows the duplicate and then resets/overwrites the existing document.
  • Numbering displayed in the system does not match the legacy control platform.
