3800421 - No language keys available to translate Family and Role in the new UI

• In russian or kazakh languages, at least three labels in job profiles remain in english.
• In Manage Job Profiles, the 3rd step label “Review” is not translated.
• In the Additional Details step, the “Family:” and “Role:” labels are not translated.
• English Debug shows no language keys for these labels, preventing translation.

SAP SuccessFactors Talent Intelligence Hub and Job Profiles

1. Switch the system language to Russian or Kazakh or other locales.
2. Go to Manage Job Profiles and open any Job Profile.
3. Click Next to the Additional Details step and observe the “Family:” and “Role:” labels remain in English.
4. Navigate to step 3 and observe the “Review” label is not translated.

The affected labels do not have language keys (no label keys shown in English Debug), so translations cannot be provided.

1. Note that engineering has planned a product fix in the 2H 2026 release (preview: October 12; production: November 13–14).
2. If the issue persists after the release, contact support and reference this KBA for continued investigation.
