3800449 - The Recurrence Fields are not Visible in the UI of the Sales Campaign

The recurrence related fields are available under extensibility administration but missing in the sales campaign UI.

• SAP Sales Cloud and SAP Service Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Sales Cloud Version 2.
• SAP Service Cloud Version 2.

1. Go to the System Settings.
2. Go to All Setting and search for Extensibility Administration.
3. Search and open Campaign Service->Campaign.
4. Go to the Field Attribute and uncheck option Show Only Custom Fields.
5. Search with the text as Recurrence.
6. You will see there exist standard field with lable as :Recurrence ,Recurrence Number ,Recurrence Unit  and Recurrence End Date .
7. Go to the Sales Campaign.
8. Search and open campaign PQR (where PQR represent campaign name).
9. Click on Start Adaptation to look for the standard field with name recurrence.
10. There is no field available in campaign Ui with name recurrence.

Recurring campaign execution functionality is not yet available in sales and service cloud v2. 

This will be an enhancement request, which needs to address via Influence Forum.
