3800462 - How to restrict displayed workflows by Scenario/Task in "Flexible Workflow Administration" Fiori App

Symptom

  • In the Flexible Workflow Admin app, a user with an S_WFDEFADM role restricted to a specific workflow scenario ID (e.g., WS00800238) can still see workflow definitions from unrelated application areas.
  • Restricting the SWD_TASK field in the PFCG role to a single workflow scenario ID has no visible effect — other workflows continue to appear.
  • The authorization appears to be ignored when field APPL_COMP is set to * (unrestricted) in the same authorization entry.
