3800466 - Is it possible to replace an internal Customer Data Platform profile ID with an external profile ID in CDP direct navigation URLs?

Symptom

Customer Data Platform (CDP) direct navigation URL contains the CDP internal ID in parameter "customers". Is it possible to replace the internal CDP profile ID in parameter "customers" with a profile ID from an external system such as Emarsys, S4H, etc... in CDP direct navigation URs?
