1. Open the tenant configuration in the administration area.
2. Review or select the current capacity unit (CU) configuration.
3. Observe the message: "Over Usage Alert: The configuration you selected is over your capacity unit limit, but you can try this configuration."

The compute or storage size you want to use requires more Capacity Units (CUs) than your current subscription or license allows.

Scale up is possible only if you have remaining capacity units in your subscription contract for your productive tenant.
