Symptom

After 1H2026 SuccessFactors release, Qualtrics surveys do not appear for end users, despite proper configuration.

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite

Cause

Engineering team has identified that the application had to search for survey details after opening it, which could lead to inconsistencies, resulting in surveys not appearing for end users.

Resolution

The fix for this behavior will be delivered in 2H2026 release:
